This is a community-style session done in a small group of up to 3 people.. The Appts are staggered 20 min. apart. Allow about 45 min.
(The 20 min. Designation, is a quirk of this scheduling system for these staggered appointments.)

Needles are left in the usual amount of time as in other treatments, about 30 min. give or take. You can have a back or front treatment on a massage table or chair. Pregnancy bolster available.

This is a small group session at Hope’s clinic. It is offered with a sliding scale of $40-60.
She has 2 massage tables in 1 room , a rocker and a window seat in the other. We book about 20 minutes apart.

This is a 30 min. time slot. If you want a private treatment and don't need to discuss a lot of issues, this is for you! You are getting a "real' treatment. Needles do not have to be left in a long time to work! This is acupuncture only. If you want cupping/acupressure/herbal consults, book "private acupuncture" which is one hour.

This is perfect for children 's appointments!
